Jim L. DeBardelaben has over 44 years of experience in the field of law. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Jim has served as an Assistant Attorney General, a Special Advisor Counsel to the State of Alabama Department of Labor and as Special Counsel to the State of Alabama Finance Director. He has also been General Counsel to the State of Alabama Military Department and the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.

 

Prior to relocating his office to his hometown of Wetumpka to focus on Probate Law, Real Estate, Estate Law and Personal Injury Law, Jim was in private practice in Montgomery, Alabama. He founded his first law practice, McPhillips & DeBardelaben, in 1982 and worked there until 1990.

 

A lifelong Elmore County resident, Jim considers it an honor to work for and with the people of his community.

Crystal was raised and resides in Tallassee with her husband and sons.
