Experience & Integrity

At Jim L. DeBardelaben Law, our team works daily to enhance a supportive attitude and common bond of compassion — the special working atmosphere — which is a hallmark of our firm.

Best Attorney & Best Law Firm

REAL ESTATE - A closing attorney’s role is not only vital to the real estate transaction but required in the state of Alabama. By selecting JLD Law to act as your closing attorney, you will be working with a team that is organized, attentive to details and mindful of the importance of a smooth transaction.

PROBATE - Planning for your estate is not something most people want to think about and without advance planning, the process can be complex and confusing for your family. Let us handle this process for you so you can stay focused on the things that matter most.

PERSONAL INJURY - Mishaps are common, accidents do happen. This does not detract from pain and confusion when negligent or intentional acts cause harm to you or a loved one. If an accident has impacted your life -- and someone else is legally responsible for that injury -- we may be able to help you gain compensation.

Our mission is to provide high-quality legal services with integrity, professionalism and respect for our clients and the community. We strive to be efficient while recognizing that our principal goal is serving our clients effectively.

At Jim L. DeBardelaben Law, our team pursues the belief that individuals with a sense of God, family and community is the recipe for success.
